In-Person Therapy
If you prefer to have a dedicated, physical space for therapy, where you step away from the distractions and demands of your everyday environment, then in person therapy is recommended. It fosters a clearer boundary between your everyday life and therapy space. Also, being in the same room also allows for a richer, more direct connection, where we can pick up on all the small, non-verbal cues of our bodies. My office is based in the heart of a city centre of Edinburgh, 5 min away from Waverly Station and Princess Street for easy access.
Online Therapy
Therapy can fit your lifestyle, anywhere you are. If getting to an office can be an obstacle to therapy because of managing work deadlines, family needs, and countless other demands, then online therapy is recommended. It means your session happens at the most convenient time and place, whether it is your home, during break at work, or from anywhere else in the world if you are on the move or live abroad. You get the same dedicated, professional support with less hassle to add to your routine.
